EXHIBIT SPACE RENTAL CHARGE

RATE:
Non Profit Organization: $500 rental space charge for a 6 foot long table, and 2 chairs.

REGISTRATION COSTS:
Before March 1: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required upon registration. Employers may still pay the full rental charge.
After March 1: The rental charge must be paid in full.

ELIGIBILITY:
The exhibit area is open to companies/organizations who are specifically looking for potential employees that are of Asian/Pacific Islander decent.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Before March 1: Deposit is nonrefundable. If your organization paid the rental charge in full, your organization will be refunded 50% of the costs.
After March 1: No refunds will be made.
